Software for hotels

The order behind every guest experience

Horecas routes guest requests from WhatsApp to the right department, schedules spa and massage appointments, and monitors your rates across sales channels.

Guests simply message you on WhatsApp — no app to download.

Illustrative film. A guest writes on WhatsApp, and housekeeping, the restaurant, the spa or the transfer team prepares the request. On-screen messages are in Turkish.

A tool for each team: Concierge, Wellness and Parity

Concierge is for front office and operations, Wellness for the spa team, Parity for revenue and sales. We agree with you in the demo which product to start with.

Horecas Concierge

From a WhatsApp message to the right team

Guests don’t need to download an app. The assistant answers with your hotel’s own information and passes service requests to the right department, while your team follows the work on the web.

From message to request

  1. The guest writesIn their own language, on WhatsApp. No app, no sign-up.
  2. A request is opened and forwardedThe assistant replies, and the request lands on housekeeping’s screen as a timed task.
  3. The team completes itThe guest is told once it’s done. If it runs late, managers see an alert on the panel.
Example conversation in Turkish
Turkish-language example conversation on the Horecas WhatsApp line: a guest asks for a baby cot and a baby bath in the room. The reply offers to have them prepared and suggests adding an extra blanket and baby towels. The guest agrees, and the cot, bath, extra blanket and towels are sent to the room.

Horecas Parity

How do your rates appear across sales channels?

Parity compares your hotel’s official rate with the rates on online sales channels for the same stay conditions, and brings any differences to your review with the time of detection and evidence.

What Parity brings to your review

  • Rate parity breaches
  • Unauthorised sales channels
  • Suspected rate leaks
  • Duplicate hotel listings

Parity doesn’t set prices or manage channels; it monitors how your rates appear on them.

The Horecas team sets it up with you

It starts with a demo call. Preparing your hotel information, setup and team training all happen together with the Horecas team.
  1. Demo call

We talk through your teams and processes and decide together which product to start with.

  2. Hotel information

We prepare what your product needs together — opening hours, services, departments, the spa menu or your sales channels.

  3. Setup and testing

The Horecas team handles the setup. With test conversations and checks, we confirm together that everything works as it should.

  4. Training and go-live

We show your team the screens they will use, and then you start using it with your guests.

Timing depends on the size of your hotel and the products you choose; we agree on a schedule together in the demo call.
